The area is beautiful and the privacy of the cabin was amazing. Wayne & Lisa have been amazing hosts; all around amazing communication, provided lots of recommendations (and some yummy snacks), and were very accommodating!! “Our hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating from the very first inquiry into their cabin. We traveled over 8.5 hours and they were so kind to check in with us, offered helpful info about places to stop that would still be open, and left snacks for our arrival. The cabin was exactly as described and pictured - private, and beautiful and every detail was met with great care.

It is a very quiet location, deep in the forest and surrounded by very comforting sounds of nature. The hot tub on the porch was a great bonus to enjoy after a long day of travel. We enjoyed looking out into the trees and relaxing. Thank you very much for hosting us at your beautiful cabin. It was definitely worth the trip!”

Very secluded cozy cabin nestled away in the woods is just what hubby and I were looking for to celebrate our 19th anniversary. We had such a relaxing time and the host Wayne and Lisa were quick to respond anytime I reached out, would definitely recommend this location if you are needing some relaxation away from the everyday hustle and bustle of life.

The rocking chairs on the porch were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. The hot tub was perfect for the cool evenings. They were wonderful hosts and communicated well. Cabin is perfect for those wishing to get away. Back porch is great for sitting and being with nature. The cabin is small but set up just right for a couple. We found it quite comfortable. Everything we needed was supplied. The location was perfect for our day train tour out of Delano. Lisa responded quickly to inquiries I had. We felt very welcome and even had an unexpected treat waiting for us.

Wayne and Lisa were the best hosts.. down to earth, helpful, attentive to detail and almost everything you could possibly need. The sheets, blankets, and towels were clean and soft. The view was spectacular! The hot water and the hot tub were the perfect temperature. And the tiramisu they left for us in the fridge for our 3rd anniversary was the icing on the cake!

Thank you so much for this incredible weekend! This cabin is amazing. The hot tub and views were superb, and we loved making s’mores with supplies provided by the hosts. We enjoyed our stay so much we only left the cabin once to go get breakfast at Jessica’s Place around the corner. This was the perfect cabin and experience for me. Nestled in the Cherokee National Forest area, I could sit in a lovely rocker on the back porch and enjoy the woods and the towering mountain in the distance. The hosts were just outstanding - very kind & courteous, responsive, and providing everything I needed. The cabin was very clean and organized, and the bed was super comfortable. I slept like a baby in the clean mountain air. The hosts have thought of everything, and put together a binder of information that was amazingly helpful. There were even instructions on what to do in case of tornadoes in the area, which didn’t strike me as tornado-prone, but in that 1 in a million case what would you do? The hosts have thought of that. Not too far from the cabin are drives up into the mountains that will simply take your breath away, & innumerable hiking trails including one to Benton Falls, which shouldn’t be missed. My husband and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary here. It was an amazing weekend. My favorite part is how private this cabin is. The cabin is so secluded we literally felt like we were on our own island. The cabin also came stocked with all necessities, We forgot some toiletries at home but fortunately Wayne and Lisa already had everything we needed! The hot tub and fire pit were some of the major highlights of our trip. We will definitely be back!

Tall Timber at the Lost Creek Cabins is a beautiful cozy cabin. The location is so peaceful, secluded and private. The hot tub is a great attraction of this cabin. My family of 4 enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub throughout our stay here. The cabin was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. There are great hiking trails in the area. Outdoor activities such as tubing and white water rafting are also available in close proximity. Wayne and Lisa are wonderful hosts. They are very responsive and they provided recommendations for great hiking trails and outdoor activities. We loved our stay here and would love to come stay here again!

The Mountain Man Cabin was one of our greatest stays! It’s such a beautiful cabin nestled in a beautiful wooded area. One of the things I’ll always remember is how the hosts had our favorite treats waiting for us as soon as we arrived—a truly thoughtful touch. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
